Terms of sale

These terms apply when you use Meathead or buy from Vibelabs LLC ("we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly. Prices are in USD and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping, if any, are shown before you pay.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when payment goes through and we confirm it. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud); if we cancel after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You confirm that you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and delivery

See our shipping policy. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when we hand your order to the carrier.

Returns and refunds

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are used for fraud or abuse.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. The site's content, photos and branding belong to us and may not be reused without permission.

Warranties and liability

Products are covered by any warranty stated on their product page and by warranties that the law requires. Otherwise, the site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted when you order is the one that applies to that order.
